As an HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist with a deep commitment to empowering neurodivergent people, my goal is to support you on your journey towards self-understanding and success in a calm and supportive environment.

I offer diagnostic assessments and workplace needs assessments for adults and young people from the age of 16 years upwards. I am neurodivergent myself and take an affirming approach to promote self-understanding to help you work to your strengths, overcome obstacles in employment and education and embrace your neurodivergent identity with pride.

Why Choose me?

Warm and welcoming environment:

I understand that seeking an assessment can feel daunting. No one wants to be sitting in a quiet room with a psychologist. I therefore strive to create a welcoming environment, free of judgment, where you can openly express yourself and feel truly understood.

Expertise rooted in empathy:

With over 25 years of professional experience and a lifetime of lived experience of being neurodivergent, I have the knowledge and insights needed to provide holistic assessments that reflect your unique experience.

mc4

Comprehensive and tailored assessments:

No two neurodivergent individuals are exactly alike. My in-depth assessments balance rigour with sensitivity to reflect the nuances of your strengths, challenges, and potential, enabling me to develop personalised recommendations to help you thrive.

Empowering you for success:

My ultimate goal is to empower you on your journey. By gaining an understanding of your strengths and challenges, I aim to equip you with the self-awareness and resources necessary to navigate both personal and professional endeavours with confidence.

Ongoing support and guidance:

My support doesn't end with the completion of your assessment. I offer ongoing support and guidance, ensuring that you have access to the assistance you need as you implement strategies, set goals, and make meaningful progress in your life.

Your journey towards self-understanding starts here, and I am dedicated to helping you understand and celebrate your unique identity.

Thank you also for your comprehensive assessment report. T was really pleased to have his strengths identified and confirmed. The up-to-date assessment of the areas in which he requires support and suggested approaches are invaluable. We also very much appreciate the recommended reading material. T found the experience a really positive and affirmative one. C

Many thanks for sending over the report so quickly this week. It has provided me with a great deal of information and excellent resources to consider. It really has opened a whole new world I knew so little about, holding answers I've been looking for. I've started to feel a shift in my mindset already, recognising that I do work hard but it's ok to admit that I struggle and need some help. I feel empowered to make positive changes to help me in future. It was really great to meet you and thankyou again for all that you've done to help me at this stage of my journey. A
