Many thanks for sending over the report so quickly this week. It has provided me with a great deal of information and excellent resources to consider. It really has opened a whole new world I knew so little about, holding answers I've been looking for. I've started to feel a shift in my mindset already, recognising that I do work hard but it's ok to admit that I struggle and need some help. I feel empowered to make positive changes to help me in future. It was really great to meet you and thankyou again for all that you've done to help me at this stage of my journey. A
